All ARC Applications are now completed and submitted online. Applications are listed below and can be accessed using the Submit button. Click the Submit button to complete and submit your application. You will receive a confirmation email after your application is submitted. The Architectural Review Committee Chair will review your application within a few business days and send you a formal notification once your application has been submitted to the Board for review and voting.

Note: Although our Declarations allow us 60 days to approve or disapprove an application, in most cases we have been successful in sending a decision within 5 days. Approval must be received prior to commencement of your project.

We understand there are times when may need an expedited application review. This is why we ask for anticipated project start date in the application.  The Board will do their best to accommodate your specific timing these needs.
